BIOGRAPHY
Sean graduated from New York University with a bachelors degree in computer science. Soon thereafter, he worked in the IT field for several years and then owned a successful promotions company. Despite his success, he decided to pursue a lifelong dream of attending law school.
While attending law school, Sean was a board member of the Georgia State Law Review. He also received multiple CALI Awards as well as the Excellence in Advocacy Award.
After graduating from law school, Sean worked several years for an AMLaw 100 firm. There, his practice involved numerous aspects of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. More specifically, as a registered patent attorney, Sean drafted and prosecuted many patent applications directed to computer related technology and mechanical innovations for clients ranging from Fortune500 companies to major universities.
Since opening the McPhillip Firm, his practice expanded to include personal injury and criminal defense.
Sean works closely with clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, trucking wrecks, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases.
His criminal defense practice includes defense against various crimes, including, DUI cases, assaults, batteries, theft, and possession.
Sean's attention to detail and tenacious advocacy ensures his clients receive the best results and maximum awards possible.
